Meet the team
Dr. Nicole Lewis
Dr. Lewis is a licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in integrative mental health, digestive disorders, thyroid conditions, and women’s health.
As the new owner of Battle Ground Healing Arts, Dr. Lewis is dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-informed care that addresses the root causes of illness and supports long-term wellness. She is passionate about whole-person healing and serving the Battle Ground community.
Dr. Aimee Frieze
Born and raised in rural Oregon, Dr. Frieze is a licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in women’s and mental health, environmental medicine, IV therapy, and holistic pelvic care. She earned her doctorate from NUNM and blends evidence-based naturopathic care with compassion, inclusivity, and a deep love of healing.
Alyssa Li - LAc
Alyssa holds a Master’s in Oriental Medicine and specializes in acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and gentle, non-insertive techniques. Her holistic care is informed by deep training in classical texts, Asian bodywork, and pulse diagnosis—grounded in both tradition and heart.
Denise Carlson Epstein - RN, Sound Healer
With a background as a registered nurse, Denise now focuses her gifts on holistic healing practices that support the body, mind, and spirit. She specializes in sound therapy using tuning forks—gently guiding the body back into balance by addressing the deeper emotional and energetic roots of physical dis-ease.
Denise’s approach is compassionate, intuitive, and deeply transformative. Her work helps release stored trauma and restore harmony within.

Kimberly Charest BSN, RN
Kimberly Charest is a Registered Nurse with over two decades of experience and a current Nurse Practitioner student. She is the founder of Thrive Infusions & MedSpa, serving clients throughout Clark County, WA. Kimberly specializes in IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and aesthetic treatments designed to support both inner vitality and outer confidence.
Monique Easley LMT
Monique offers personalized therapeutic massage blending deep tissue, Swedish, structural integration, Tui Na, and more to meet each client’s unique needs.
She and her partner also grow gourmet mushrooms, available at the Battle Ground Summer Farmer’s Market—wellness for body and plate!
Stefanie Adams LMT
A graduate of Seattle’s renowned Brenneke School of Massage, Stefanie has been practicing since 1998. She specializes in deeply relaxing Swedish massage and soothing hot stone therapy, offering both 60- and 90-minute sessions.
Her treatments often incorporate Myofascial Release, warm packs, and gentle stretching for a truly restorative experience.
